• Only the guest to whom the room has been assigned may use it.
• Making the room available to anyone else or allowing visitors to stay overnight is not permitted.
• Whenever you leave the room, lock the door and check that the terrace door is closed.
• Use all equipment in the room only as intended. Do not move the furniture or tamper with the room’s technical equipment.
• We recommend turning off the air conditioning, lights and taps before leaving the room.

• Please vacate the room by 12 noon unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Before you leave, please do the following:
  • Return your key card to the CPC Central Reception Desk.
  • Report any faults in the room or damage to its equipment.
  • Make sure you take all your personal belongings with you

• Rooms are usually cleaned between 10:00 and 11:00.
• Each room is thoroughly cleaned after every stay.
• For extended stays, bed linen is changed at least once every 14 days or sooner if it becomes soiled.
• Towels and bath mats can be changed on request, but no sooner than three days after the previous change.
• Please contact the CPC Central Reception Desk if you require an additional linen change.

Please report any faults or damage in the room to the CPC Central Reception Desk as soon as possible. This includes any problems with the air conditioning, television, lighting, taps, doors or furniture.

Do not attempt any repairs or tamper with the technical equipment in the room.

If you lock yourself out of your room or lose your key card, please contact the CPC Central Reception Desk immediately. You can either go to the desk on the ground floor or call +420 543 135 700.

If the CPC Central Reception Desk is closed, please call the MMCI 24/7 Reception Desk on extension 4219 or +420 543 134 219. If you do not have a phone with you, please ring the bell marked “DISPEČINK 24/7” at the entrance to the CPC building to contact a member of staff. They will make the necessary arrangements.

If you lose your key card, you may be charged a replacement fee in accordance with the current MMCI price list.

In the event of an emergency, such as a fire, injury, water leak or electrical fault:

• Call 112 if anyone is in immediate danger.
• Also notify the CPC Central Reception Desk. If it is closed, contact the MMCI 24/7 Reception Desk instead.

Follow all instructions given by MMCI staff and observe all fire safety and evacuation signs.

Prohibited activities include:

• using any open flame;
• tampering with fire extinguishers or fire alarms;
• covering fire detectors;
• using electric hotplates, portable heaters, electric grills or similar appliances;
• charging e-bikes or e-scooters in your room;
• storing flammable or explosive substances.

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products or shisha pipes are prohibited throughout the CPC building, except in designated smoking areas on MMCI premises.
• The use of narcotic or psychotropic substances is not permitted in the guest accommodation.
• Pets are not permitted except for guide and assistance dogs.
• The Wi-Fi may only be used for lawful purposes.
• Please dispose of waste only in the bins provided.
• Outside the CPC’s opening hours, access is limited to the guest accommodation area. Do not enter any other part of the Centre or allow anyone else to do so.
